Writing an Essay

Author Presence & Marketing

If you're the sort of writer who just does it for the joy of writing, that's great! But what if you want to get your work out into the world? And what if you want to actually make some money? It would be nice if it were as simple as crafting your master piece and waiting for readers to find you. Unfortunately, you have to put a bit of yourself out there for this to happen.

If you're a teacher, odds are you have a few social media accounts already. You can certainly leverage these to share your writing. You can also create new author accounts and even create an author website. It all depends on your skills and interests. The good news is, even if you're not as tech savvy as your new Assistant Principal who is an influencer on the side, you already have some tech skills you need for the job that will translate to the field of writing.
